配送及关税

本店提供全球包邮服务。订单发往顾客时产生的进口关税由本店承担。

退货运费及关税

普通自愿退换货需要先联系我们。顾客自行购买退货快递单，承担退货运费及退件实际产生的关税费用；适用法律另有规定的除外。请参阅退换货政策。

未收到包裹或疑似丢件

如包裹迟迟未到、疑似丢失，或物流显示已送达但您没有收到，请尽快通过 songgangalbert@163.com 联系我们。我们会向承运商查询，并核对收货地址、投递位置、签收记录、投递照片及双方约定的交付方式。单凭物流显示“已送达”，不会自动视作争议已解决。

如确认包裹在交付前丢失或未按约定正确交付，我们会根据调查结果及适用法律处理退款，或在与您达成一致后安排补发或替换商品。一物一件商品可能没有同款可补发，不会未经您同意换成其他商品。

实际收取后的遗失或被盗

如有证据证明包裹已由您或您授权的收件人实际接收，随后发生遗失或被盗，我们可协助提供承运商的交付资料，但不承诺自动退款或补发。对于事先约定的其他投递方式，将根据约定、交付证据和适用法律处理；不能排除的法定责任不受影响。

法定消费者权益

以上是本店提供的自愿退换货及配送安排，不限制适用法律规定的撤回、取消、退款，以及商品存在瑕疵、发错货或与描述不符时的消费者权利。法律另有要求的，按适用法律处理。

Shipping and customs duties

We offer free worldwide shipping. Import customs duties incurred on orders shipped to customers are paid by us.

Return shipping and customs duties

Contact us before arranging an ordinary voluntary return or exchange. Customers purchase their own return shipping label and pay return shipping costs and any customs duties actually incurred on the return shipment, unless applicable law requires otherwise. See our return and exchange policy.

Missing parcels and suspected loss

If your parcel has not arrived, appears to be lost, or is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact songgangalbert@163.com promptly. We will investigate with the carrier and review the address, delivery location, signature records, delivery photographs and the agreed delivery method. A tracking status of “delivered” alone does not automatically resolve a non-receipt report.

If a parcel is confirmed lost before delivery or was not properly delivered as agreed, we will address a refund in accordance with the investigation and applicable law, or arrange a replacement with your agreement. Many items are one of a kind, so an identical replacement may not be available. We will not substitute another item without your agreement.

Loss or theft after actual receipt

Where evidence establishes that you or an authorized recipient actually received the parcel and it was subsequently lost or stolen, we can help provide the carrier’s delivery records, but do not promise an automatic refund or replacement. Other delivery methods agreed in advance will be assessed using the agreement, delivery evidence and applicable law. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

Statutory consumer rights

These voluntary return, exchange and shipping arrangements do not limit any withdrawal, cancellation, refund or other consumer rights required by applicable law, including rights relating to faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Where the law requires a different remedy, applicable law prevails.
